What are our delivery options?
USA: Via DHL, FedEx, UPS or USPS.
EU: UPS, DHL or collect them from our warehouse if you are in Italy.
Rest of the world: UPS, DHL.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we do! We cover more than 150 countries and are expanding our reach every day.
How do I get free delivery on orders?
Orders for 1 pair attract a delivery fee. However, orders above $99 are free of charge. Read more about the shipment policy here and check if your order qualifies for free shipping.
Where can I find the shipping information?
Once the purchase is completed, you will be notified via email, SMS and WhatsApp. Please remember the communication channel you subscribed to. You will also have access to your account on the website. We strongly recommend having an account to avoid losing any information.
Do my orders need to get customs clearance?

Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, you can cancel or change your orders from your account page before it is shipped. Once a product is shipped, you might incur shipping charges.
What payment options can I use on my orders?
We have partnered with STRIPE to provide access to an easy payment gateway and it works seamlessly with all major payment providers, cards and UPIs
Returns & Exchanges.
How do I return my order?
You can return the product within 14 days of purchase if the product comes from regular e-commerce sales. However, products that are sold via Kickstarter and Indiegogo cannot be returned but exchanged by paying a shipment fee.
